Why there's no cookie banner here. A consent banner is for sites that track you: ad trackers, profiling, third-party pixels. We have none of that, so there's nothing to consent to—the law (GDPR / ePrivacy) requires consent only for non-essential tracking, while functional settings are allowed without a banner.

What we actually store:

— The lang cookie—the site language you chose with the switcher. It's set only when you click, lasts up to 12 months, and holds a two-letter language code and nothing more.

— Local storage (localStorage): currency and region in the price calculator. Nothing else — we keep no source tags and no visit history in your browser.

— Umami statistics: our own server, no cookies, no browser fingerprints, anonymized data (page, country, device type). Never shared with third parties.

What we don't do: we set no third-party advertising or analytics cookies, we don't profile you, we don't sell or share your data with ad networks, and we never tie your statistics to your identity.

Want to get rid of even this? Clear the cookie and site data in your browser settings—the site will keep working perfectly, it'll just ask you to pick a language again.
