VAT on invoices
- Invoice from the Ukrainian sole proprietor — without VAT: a sole proprietor on the simplified tax system is not a VAT payer, so this line legally doesn't exist on the invoice.
- Invoice from the Polish JDG — with VAT 23%: the JDG is an active VAT / VAT-UE payer since 01 Jul 2026.
- The price agreed with you — net, and it doesn't change: VAT, where due, is added on top of the invoice.
- For clients registered in Ukraine, the invoice is issued by the sole proprietor by default — in hryvnia.
- Need a Polish invoice with VAT specifically? Let us know in advance, before the invoice is issued — and check with your accountant first whether it makes sense.
Payment details
We send account numbers (IBAN) on request — that way the details reach you, not scraper bots. Leave your company name and email, confirm your address with a code, and we'll send the full payment details of the right legal entity.
